My name is Helena Omfors. I love my life. I live in Andalusia, Spain in a house with the beautiful name Casa Ascensión. My soul has been longing for this life for many years, and now I am living it full of love and joy.

The journey has been challenging, healing, developing and fascinating. I have learned so much from living my life. All the gifts that I’ve got to share - I now share from heart and soul.

I am a Chaneller, Spiritual Counsellor, Author, Holistic Life Coach, Karuna Reiki Master, Author, Yoga Teacher & Artist. Together with my twinflame I am welcoming you to our Spiritual Retreat Center in the Andalusian Mountains with view over the Mediterranean Sea. I also do individual sessions online with Spiritual Counselling & Healing.

For many years I have educated and trained Lightworkers at Lightworkers Academy, but now I mainly teach and share how to live life from heart & soul in harmony with ourselves, each other, nature & life.
